Описание к видео MICHEL AYAT - CEO Arabian Automobiles speaks to journalist WILLIAM FARIA

CEO Arabian Automobiles MICHEL AYAT speaks to journalist WILLIAM FARIA

Michel Ayat, CEO Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC), flagship company of AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates says he is upbeat about 2014 and beyond to 2020, expecting another buoyant year with more investment of new facilities in the pipeline.
Ayat while speaking during the opening of the Infiniti sponsored Asateer Ramadan Tent at the Atlantis hotel said he was totally confident with the growth of the UAE automobile market.\
The auto chief added that the UAE is leading globally as it has overtaken other major countries worldwide, especially in terms of vehicle sales.
He noted that after Dubai's victory of hosting the World Expo 2020, the country has received many investors seeking for new opportunities in the country, and the automotive sector too is gearing up towards this mega event to cater mainly to the demand following the huge influx of visitors during this period. Ayat also confirmed that the UAE has crossed a threshold for new car sales last year with almost 360,000 units sold. It is predicted that by 2020 when Expo Dubai will be staged, the number of units sold will be doubled.
Ayat proudly mentioned that in the month of June, the company was awarded the highly-prestigious Dubai Quality Award (DQA). This is the first time an automotive distributor has been awarded the DQA since the award was founded in 1994, by the Department of Economic Development (DED) under the patronage of Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
He noted that the award did not come on a silver platter, but it was because the company strives to maintain a high level of quality in all that it does. These trends include from planning the company business strategy to providing customers with the most convenient and enjoyable experience, explained Ayat.
The CEO added that through its journey to excellence, AAC became Nissan's first distributor globally to have achieved the highest recognition for After-sales operational excellence for six consecutive years by claiming the World After-sales Progress Club again in 2013. Also in 2014, Arabian Automobiles was honoured by recognition in the Dubai Award for Sustainable Transport (DAST) Ayat added.
