Cottage cheese Dinner Rolls Recipe ( soft and moist)

**DOUHG**
1 cup Cottage cheese
4 Cups bread flour
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
2tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. instant dry yeast
1/2 cup water

an extra egg for an egg wash

Bake in a pre heated oven at 350 degrees for 17 minutes
