Honey Bagel
Ingredients:
All Purpose flour 200g
Salt 2g
Instant yeast 2g
Honey 20g
Drinking water 100-110g
Drinking water 1L + Honey 1 tablespoon
Milk some for brush on

*Preheat Oven*
*Bake 200C 12min*

Remarks:
1. Use luke warm water if weather is cold. Use room temperature water if weather is hot.
2. Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.

材料:
中筋麵粉 200克
鹽 2克
即溶酵母 2克
蜜糖(蜂蜜) 20克
飲用水 100-110克
飲用水 1公升 + 蜜糖(蜂蜜)1 湯匙
牛奶 適量(掃面)

*預熱烤箱*
*烤焗 200度 12分鐘*

備註:
1. 冬天天氣宜用暖水. 夏天天氣宜用室溫水.
2. 每個焗爐/烤箱有自己的個性, 可按其個性調節溫度和時間.
