The aircraft interior is brand new. All leathers, suedes and carpeting was purchased from Townsend Leather and are all of premium quality. Burn Certs available for all materials. The foam used in the seats and panelling is by DAX. The leather and foam are the same type used in new Gulfstream jets. The exterior paint is in very good condition. The grey, black and white markings are 3M decals which were professionally installed. If you wish to have them removed, that can easily be arranged. The aircraft is FIKI rated and all boots are in excellent shape and even had on-board weather radar in addition to the Sirius XM Wx (and music)!

You won’t find a Seneca in better condition or with a nicer interior than this one! Excellent care and maintenance was taken and performed. When the interior was being replaced, a lot of items that go beyond regular annual inspection were completed. Test flights are welcome! The aircraft is based out of CNC3 (Brampton-Caledon Airport) which is located 30min from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
