I traded in my tandem Necky Manitou II for an Eddyline Sitka XT. My daughter was ready for her own kayak and I was ready to let her paddle herself. This is my first trip in the new boat. I put in and took out in Ridgefield, WA on Lake River on July 29, 2020. It was short paddle, just to get used to the boat. The stability is quite a bit different than the Manitou, but it's an entirely different kind of boat, too!

I wouldn't go back to the Manitou II after paddling in the Sitka XT, but the Manitou II was a great boat for the past eight years.
