One thing that will always do battle with me is cooking the perfect poached eggs, I wont be happy until i replica eggs that look like Gordon Ramsay's. But these will do for us students!

EGGS!!
2 Tbs vinegar to water
Pot of heated water
Toast
Salt and Pepper
