General breakdown of a YAMAHA keyboard, including a DIY felt restore and key service.

For keys that become harder to press (I forgot to mention), in order to clean the contact pads inside of those silicone buttons, use a cotton swab and some 90% Isopropyl alcohol. You might not be able to see what's causing the buttons to become less responsive, but there's a good chance that the contact points could use a cleaning. Cleaning the contact pad is a two-step process: first, rotate the wet end of the swab against the pad, and then repeat using the dry end. This keyboard should respond to a light touch, so if you're pressing the keys hard, try that first.
