FITCATION 2023-The most overwhelming weekend that surpassed all expectations in so many ways. The workout and the after party had an indescribable energy and I can't wait to do it again next year even bigger. The connections that I watched formed between all the athletes as they sweat together and partied together is something so rare and beautiful. The gratitude I had for our team for making this all come to life with us and most importantly the stories that people told me about ways their lives have improved since starting to workout with me made this weekend everything I could've hoped for and more!
We can as individuals but left as a TEAM.
I wanted to highlight some of the most incredible stories of strength, resilience, weight loss, muscle gain, and life changes as we highlighted this incredible weekend. I hope their stories move you as much as they have moved me and motivated me to dream bigger, work smarter, and be in pursuit of my best in all ways.
With this video I hope you feel the energy that we had at Fitcation if you couldn't be there. So much positivity, encouragement, walls let down, bonds formed, connections strengthened, and LIVES CELEBRATED. It is and always has been about YOU and celebrating YOUR JOURNEY.
FITCATION 2023 is going to be near impossible to beat...but I think we can do it at FITCATION 2024.

A huge thank you to our Royal Change Team, my co-trainers, our DJ, the vendors that were able to give you a glimpse of some of my favorite brands, and everyone that traveled from as close as Charlotte and as far as Guatemala to be here. An additional huge thank you to the friends and family who supported all the athletes that came whether you attended with them, supported them in their trip to Charlotte, or held things down at home to make it possible for them to go. I know a lot of this was a team effort in so many ways. Thank you from my family to yours.
