The Toyota Hilux Black Edition has been launched in India at Rs 37.90 lakh. It is available only with a 4x4 setup with an automatic gearbox.

The Toyota Hilux Black Edition was showcased at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. It gets an all-black theme with a blacked-out grille, black alloy wheels, side footsteps and door handles.

Toyota Hilux price starts at ₹ 30.40 Lakh and top model price goes upto ₹ 37.90 Lakh. Hilux is offered in 4 variants - the base model of Hilux is STD and the top model Toyota Hilux High AT.

Hilux 2025 new edition comes with black exterior paint along with blacked-out finishes for the grille, wing mirrors and door handles – all this is finished in chrome on the regular Hilux. The 18-inch alloy wheels have also been blacked out.

There’s also blacked-out wheel arch cladding and a front skid plate on the Hilux Black Edition which are available as an accessories on the regular Hilux. The Hilux already gets a black finish for the dashboard and black leather upholstery, so no change has been done to the interior.

Jilux Black Edition remains unchanged mechanically and feature wise, it gers features like an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, dual-zone AC, front and rear parking sensors, LED headlights, 8-way powered driver’s seat, cruise control, 7 airbags and a rear camera.

Mechanically, the Hilux Black Edition carries over the sole 204hp, 500Nm, 2.8-litre diesel engine, but it can only be had with the 6-speed automatic gearbox. Power is sent to all four wheels, and it also gets an electronic differential lock and automatic limited slip differential for enhanced off-road ability.
