The four-day Economic Freedom Fighter elective conference comes to an end today. Over 2600 delegates have been meeting at the University of Free State to elected the new leadership and deliberate on various policy issues. Julius Malema and the rest of the top six leadership candidates were elected unopposed at the party's inaugural conference in Bloemfontein. The collective is to occupy office for the next five years. During his earlier address to the conference, Malema appealed to delegates to work tirelessly towards the attainment of the party's seven pillars which include nationalization of mines, land expropriation and provision of free basic services.
