This is a tool-assisted speedrun. Possibly some arguments on better routing and elevator entry, but this shows a new strat to enter Level 0 that was accidentally discovered while creating this TAS.

Description of everything happening:

Level 1 (first time) - Open Bonus Hi-Tops, run to the elevator, get in the elevator

Level 2 - Run to the mailbox on the right, buy the bottom present (Unfall), run back to the road and leap down to the Icarus Wings present while avoiding triggering the hidden path, open Icarus Wings, flap and move down left, open Unfall to trigger the bug, fall down to Level 1

Level 1 (second time) - Auto zoom down left towards the island, (new strat for the rest of this run) hold down+left before the splash and hold for ~9 seconds after the splash, let go of the controls and the bug will drift you onto land, flap once with the icarus wings to cancel the bug movement, open Bonus Hi-Tops, run straight down as you'll be in a spot where you jump with the shoes straight into the hole going to Level 0

Level 0 - Run to the hot tub, let go of A so you can start the diving animation, splash into the tub!
