Korean Spicy Pork with Dumplings | Itaki Chefbox Smart Bento Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Описание к видео Korean Spicy Pork with Dumplings | Itaki Chefbox Smart Bento Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Korean spicy pork (also known as Jeyuk Bokkeum) is commonly stir fried thus reducing the amount of liquid on the dish. We made this itaki version with a very dry paste to allow the meat juice to blend with the paste. The resulting sauce goes very well with white rice and the vegetables complemented well too. I have added store bought frozen dumplings in one of the small tray section. You can choose to add an egg instead but the egg will need to be added only at the last 5 minutes of cook time in order to not overcook it. This dish tastes great and compares well with that from a restaurant. Do give it a try and enjoy your lunch.
