Welcome along, in this video I’ll show you how to draw and make a Spongebob puppet from a single sheet of paper (A4 or Letter size) using my paper puppet building kit template.

What you will need:

My Single Sheet Paper Puppet Building Kit (PDF printable available for a one-off purchase via my merch self)
A sheet of 160gsm A4 or Letter sized paper (Standard 80gsm printer paper is usable but will result in a flimsy puppet. Paper thicker than 160gsm my become difficult to fold)
A printer
Scissors or a craft knife and cutting board
A ruler
A paper embosser/scorer (an empty ballpoint pen, a wooden bamboo BBQ skewer or one of the blades of a blunt pair of scissors can also be used)
Stick glue or sticky tape
A pencil & eraser
A black biro pen (plus a red one if you have it!)
Colouring markers / pens / pencils as required

I used the following alcohol markers to colour my version in:
1 - Wine Red (Mouth)
12 - Coral Red (Tie)
31 - Dark Yellow (Trousers)
45 - Canaria Yellow (Face)
66 - Baby Blue (Eyes)
84 - Pastel Violet (Tongue)
174 - Spring Dim Green (Sponge Holes)
