In this video I have explained complete online Reporting process at NIT Patna in very systematic way ,STEP BY STEP.

All the candidates
a) Who had SECURED the seat allotted during JoSAA-2020 rounds but did not report
during 16th to 21st November, 2020
b) Who have retained/upgraded their seat of JoSAA rounds in CSAB Special rounds I and
II
c) Who have been allotted a new seat and confirmed the same in CSAB Special rounds I
and II
are required to complete the following steps of process for provisional admission to
B.Tech./B.Arch. programmes at National Institute of Technology Patna for the academic year
2020-21(July-Dec 2020) during 25th Nov 2020 to 1st Dec 2020, 5 PM.

DOCUMENTS to be sent ORIGINAL via SPEED POST:-

i. Print out of Online Admission Form ( Click here to fill up online application form

Steps to fill up this online form is attached with this Notice for your reference. Link for making
remaining payment, if any is part of this Admission form)
ii. Affidavit by the student regarding anti-ragging (Format Attached)
iii. Affidavit by the parent/guardian regarding anti-ragging (Format Attached)
iv. Medical Certificate should be issued from the registered Medical Practitioners/ Govt. Doctors
(Format Attached)
v. Affidavit with respect to Gap year, if any (i.e. reason for discontinuity between passing year of
qualifying examination and year of admission to B. Tech/ B. Arch program.) (Format Attached)
vi. Affidavit by student and parent regarding submission of documents (Format Attached)
vii. Four passport size photographs identical to the one uploaded during JEE(Main) 2020

DOCUMENTS to be sent in ATTESTED XEROXED form via SPEED POST

viii. Original Conduct Certificate from the school/Board/Institute last Attended
ix. Original Migration or Transfer Certificate from the School/institute last Attended
x. Admit card of JEE (Main)/JEE (Main) score card 2020 for Paper-I/Paper-II as applicable
xi. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter /Provisional Admission Letter generated from JoSAA2020/CSAB2020
xii. Proof of seat acceptance fee paid/Remaining Fees paid to either JoSAA 2020/CSAB2020/NIT
Patna
xiii. Photo identity card [issued by govt. agency/last attended school/Class XII admit card]
xiv. Date of birth proof [Class X Mark Sheet/Certificate/Aadhar Card]
xv. Class XII (or equivalent) board mark sheet and Pass certificate
xvi. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS), if applicable
xvii. Income Certificate, if applicable issued by Revenue officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, for
most economically backward students to get remission of the Tuition fee
xviii. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
Refer JoSAA-2020/CSAB-2020 website for format. The certificate will be rejected if the
disability is less than 40%.
xix. OCI/PIO card/ Passport, if applicable
