This is a step by step guide to ordering food, drink and other items to be delivered to you directly using Princess Cruises MedallionClass app.

You should download the app to your smartphone before your cruise to load your personal details and complete a pre-cruise checklist. The MedallionClass app can be found in your Apple App Store or android App Store.

I show you how to order items to be delivered to your cabin and how to see which items are complimentary.

You can schedule delivery for a certain time for your convenience or immediately to wherever you are on the ship.

All Princess cruise ships are now MedallionClass enabled so you can do this on your next cruise. You can still order from a crew member as before and can even use this ordering service on your stateroom TV.
