There are different types of endodontic surgery the first one is apicoectomy which is also called as apical roots resection, there is something called hemisection hemisection is nothing but resection of the tooth in the middle to separate each roots so that you can say sometimes what happens if the infection remains within the area that time the prognosis of the tooth is a less at that time doctor will do resection, a hammy rejection separating individual routes then capping the tooth separately. This is called hemisection which is also type of endodontic surgery. Another type of endodontic surgery is if a person meets with an accident and there is a avulgen of the tooth, in this kind of cases even doctor can do a root canal treatment to the tooth outside the mouth of the patients after endodontic treatment immediately after isolation he can insert the tooth back into the socket which is also called re implantations. So these are the most common type of endodontic surgeries.
