How To Make GOWIPE & GOWIWI INTO A 3 STAR ATTACK STRATEGY AT TH9 | BEST METHOD | Clash of Clans

I see a lot of clans that verse us in Clan Wars still use Gowiwi and Gowipe and only get 2 stars. Here is a slight tweak so you can make those attacks into 3 stars.
