The Wallace Ave Footbridge is a rare multi-span, steel, Warren pony truss footbridge, built in 1907. The Junction Triangle neighbourhood on the other side of the tracks appears to be experiencing some renewal. Since I was a kid, I’ve thought it would be interesting to walk up and over one day. These days it seems to be a cheery and well-kept neighbourhood, with some eateries around Lansdowne Ave.
