Neighborhood War, SHE IS NOT HAPPY!

BAD NEIGHBORS or GOVERNMENT? Both are DESTROYING her Overgrown Yard!
She has called the local Government several times and they will not return calls. The Trees are growing over into her yard, they are damaging her fences and it’s her problem. Several neighbors tried to intervene, but, the local Government won’t do anything about it. On top of this, the neighbors yard is destroying her property as well!
