Hi there Vibe Gardeners! In today’s episode of Vibe Gardening: Informed Edition, I’m finally planting my hardneck garlic in-ground here in Zone 6A — right at the end of November.

This finishes off my garlic journey that started indoors a month ago, and now we’re moving the leftover cloves into the raised bed. In this episode, I walk through:
Spacing (6 inches apart, 6 inches from the wall)
Soaking cloves in 70% rubbing alcohol
Applying fast-acting sulfur
Planting depth recommendations for our zone
Mulching with fall leaves
How to prepare the bed for winter
