Описание к видео Dark Chocolate Walnut Date Bars

No bake dark chocolate walnut date bars! Two layers of dark chocolate in between two layers of a walnuts, dates and peanut butter mixed into a sweet and chewy mixture that will make your taste buds so happy. This dark chocolate walnut date bar recipe was inspired ‪@MarthaStewart‬. I did omit the oil from the original recipe to make it a bit healthier. Here is what you will need for this dark chocolate walnut date bars:
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups walnuts
2 cups chopped date
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1/4 cup of plant milk
Instructions
Line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper
To a food processor add 1 1/2 cups walnuts, dates, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Pulse until mixture holds together. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Gently knead to form a ball. then pat it into an 8 inch square. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate with the plant milk until smooth. Cut the mixture in half and place one half into loaf pan and drizzle half the melted chocolate onto the mixture and spread it to the edges then refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Press the remaining half into loaf pan and spread with the remaining chocolate and sprinkle with the remaining chopped nuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. slice and serve.
