I was upset that I couldn't find a english sub this special anywhere. So using the Italian sub, Google translate, and a summary of the events of this episode, I made one myself. I don't speak Japanese, so this may not be entirely accurate.

Translators note, I may have forgotten that most anime translations refer to Kondou as "commander" and Hijikata as "Vice commander". I used the translations that the game uses, Chief=Kondou and Commander=Hijikata, since I'm more used to those.
