✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Besan Ke Ladoo:
Milk(दूध) - 600 ml
Saffron Strands(केसर)
Fine Semolina(सूजी/रवा) - 1 Cup
Ghee(घी) - Some
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1 Cup
Rock Sugar Candy/Mishri(मिश्री) - 1 Cup
Ghee(घी) - 2 - 2.5 Tbsp
Soaked Almonds(बादाम)
Soaked Cashew Nuts(काजू)
Soaked Pistachio(पिस्ता)
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
For Kacha Golla:
For Chhena:
Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध) - 1-1.5 litre
White Vinegar (सिरका) - 1 tbsp
Water (पानी)
Cold Water (ठंडा पानी)
For Sweet:
Chhena (छेना)
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk (गाढ़ा दूध) - 1/4 cup
Milk Powder (मिल्क पाउडर) - 1-1.5 spoon
For Garnishing:
Pistachios (पिस्ता)
Saffron (केसर)
For Suji Rava Laddu:
For Shakkar Boora:
Sugar(चीनी) - 1.5 Cup
Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
For Laddoo:
Ghee(घी) - 1 Cup
Gram Flour(बेसन) - 3 Cup
Water(पानी) - Some
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨, keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame. Put Ghee and gram Flour & roast it on a medium flame. When the Gram Flour has roasted sprinkle some water on it. Roast it to evaporate the water. Then let it become lukewarm & put Cardamom Powder and Shakkr Boora/Tagar. Mix well and bind the Laddoo.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐣𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐨𝐨, roast Semolina with Ghee and take it out. Then put it into Lukewarm Milk. Cover it & keep it for 10-15 mins. Then roast it with Ghee till it gets dry. Then take it out on a thali. Add roasted Desiccated Coconut and chopped Dry Fruits. Mix well & keep it cool down. Add Mishri, cover & keep it for 5 to 7 minutes. Mix well and make Laddoos.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐚, boil Milk and then make Chhena. Take half of the Chhena, put Sugar Powder in it then cook it. Put some Condensed Milk & cook it on a slow flame for 4-5 mins. Keep it for cooling down.
Mash the remaining Chhena & mix well. Make a plain dough then make balls & wrap them with Milk Powder and garnish it. In this way, 3 types of Laddoo will be ready.
