Indian Markets Poised For A Surge? JP Morgan's Rajiv Batra Decodes On The Talking Point

Rajiv Batra the Strategy Head for South East Asia and India at J. P. Morgan recently stated that India is the only emerging market to surpass the United States in terms of dollar over the last two decades. He also expressed his admiration for the innovation happening in the field of Artificial Intelligence in India. According to Batra there are numerous opportunities available in the Indian technology sector and he predicts that India will see around $90 billion in investments in the near future. He also highlighted that the rise in oil prices and geopolitical tensions could potentially harm Emerging Markets (EMs) the most. Furthermore Batra pointed out that India is moving closer to surpassing China's weightage in MSCI indices.
