Dr. Joshua Bailey completed his MPT and DPT degrees at Shenandoah University. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Board Certified Pediatrist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rehabilitation Associates of Central Virginia, a 17-site orthopedic physical therapy center, based in Central Virginia, where he practices managing foot and ankle cases. He is an invited speaker and adjunct faculty member at several physical therapy schools, as well as a contributor to a Foot and Ankle Fellowship. Dr. Bailey provides clinical education courses on foot and ankle topics internationally. Dr. Bailey is the Chair of Value-Based Care and a member of the Payment and Policy Committee for APTA-Private Practice. He volunteers as an Advisory Board member for 4 Virginia-based PT schools. Additionally, Dr. Bailey is a Principal owner and co-founder of the Physical Therapy Management Group of Virginia, where he provides Physical Therapy management and consulting services.
