What began as a simple tag violation turns into a narcotics investigation after staff locate a sock hidden internally containing multiple syringes and two grams of fentanyl.

The driver was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, attaching a tag not assigned, possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. She was booked on an $11,000 bond.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
