Soleil Errico and Kai Sallas emerged victorious at the famed point break of Malibu's First Point in dominant fashion. Errico ended a glorious run back atop the rankings with back-to-back World Titles at home in Malibu over 2023 standout Kelis Kaleopa'a. Plus, Sallas' destiny of becoming a WSL Longboard Champion was achieved for his maiden World Title after going down to the third Title Match with fellow Waikiki, longboard standout, Kaniela Stewart.

Malibu is the most iconic and revered break in all of longboard surfing. Housed in history, it’s the perfect spot to host the deciding event on tour - the Original Sprout Malibu Longboard Championships pres by Tractor Beverage Co. With the title on the line, the top eight men and eight women descend on First Point for a one-day battle to decide the 2023 Longboard World Champions.
