Trap Bar Deadlifts from last week, just never got round to uploading it. My trap bar only has high handles so it is more like a block pull / rack pull but needless to say, you know that you've been lifting afterwards!

After doing the 1+ set and getting 8 reps I wanted to see how close to the calculated max I was (I think was 235kg) so I did a couple of singles to find out.

205kg felt fine, 225kg went up but there was some stanky leg going on so I called it at that. Perhaps would have been smoother without the 8 rep set beforehand.

Worked up to 150kg conventional pulling for doubles. Felt good. No back pain at all last week.
