Depez's sire, Dancier, was the overall winner at his performance test with an amazing score of 158.46 for dressage and a 10 for trot! He received the following breakdown of scores at his performance test: 8 character, 9 temperament, 9 willingness, 8 conformation, 10 trot, 9.5 canter, 9.2 walk and 9.3 rideability. Dancier went on to excel at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden.

Depez's dam, Fidelity was assessed for Hanovarian classification in 2011, scoring 9's for her walk, trot and overall movement. With fantastic genetics for movement on both sides of his parentage, Depez is destined to excel in his dressage career.
