Here is a Beginner's Guide to Character Creation when making a new ARKS Defender in Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis. The character creation can be a bit overwhelming and has many options for customization, I hope this helps you get started. This video is focused on the Essential Game Basics for "Simple Creation" feature that is only available in the Character Creation menu. The "Detailed Creation" option is very similar to the full salon experience you get in game.
