Meet Joel Kaburu - one of the most ambitious coffee farmers in Uganda.

Joel is always experimenting, and always trying to improve his coffee.

In this video he will show us how to make honey processed coffee. It's a lot of work, but worth it: his coffee tastes amazing.

Joel grows his coffee on the slopes of Mt Elgon in eastern Uganda, just next to the magnificent Sipi Falls. This area has perfect conditions for coffee growing, and is famous for its premium arabica coffee beans.
