Aidan & The Wild - Good Enough :: Rockstone Sessions

Eindhoven based singer-songwriter Aidan & the Wild has been working hard to show the world a piece of his music, both as a solo artist and with his band. Heroes such as Ben Howard, John Butler, The Tallest Man On Earth and John Smith and a profound love for ancient myths and stories about lost times create a very distinct sound. The great common divider within the music is folk, but within the genre influences are very wide-ranged. Touching americana and blues music on one side and psychedelic edges on the other side of the spectrum, and ranging from small and quiet songs to epic songs about dragons to groovy dance-beats. Virtuosity on the guitar, a unique voice and themes on dragons and the wild all contribute to the feel of a great journey.

In 2017 he released the “Iliad” EP, played at the Naked Song festival (with Heather Nova, Danny Vera and Baptiste W. Hamon a.o.), toured through Germany and played support shows for all of Dan Owen’s shows in the Netherlands. 2018 starts off with being selected to join the national music competition “de Grote Prijs van Nederland” and the first tour in the UK.
