PS: in the video i said its can be eaten as dessert but i am not a 100% sure on that but it is definitely eaten in the morning.

Thophi
1 medium pumpkin (peeled, cubed)
5 Tbsp light brown sugar (or to taste)
2 litres of water (enough to cover the cubed pumpkins)
3 Tbsp maize meal (enough until a little stiff not tough)
