DJI Mini 2 Test of Max Speed - Turtle or Sport Mode? - How fast will it go?

DJI Mini 2 Test of Max Speed - Turtle or Sport Mode - How fast will it go? I had problems getting my DJI Mini 2 speed above 12 m/s, despite capable of DJI Mini 2 Spec claiming 16 m/s. I'm investigating this mystery and think I have a possible explanation, let me know?
