Pre-pandemic she worked within the educational system creating an integrated art curriculum for teachers and administration focusing on resilience building and facilitated in professional development events. In her Intentional Creativity® corporate team building workshops she guides her clientele through a process of self-discovery, connection and metamorphosis and teaches how intention can enhance intuition, clarity, wisdom, communication, community and joy, and ultimately allows for introspection to ignite innovation. What is Intentional Creativity? Everything within us, past, present, and future lives in story. When we create around our story, we gain clarity. When we create with intention, we activate both sides of the brain. Creating with intention is simply working with mindfulness in whatever we set our hands to, whether it is cooking a soup, planting a garden, writing a business plan or painting a painting.
