Hope you all enjoy this recipe. Here is the main one from my book:

12 eggs
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups pork panko
1 stick butter, melted

In this video I cut the recipe in half and swapped out the cottage cheese for sour cream and it was fab!
