How to get the "Game Over" ending:
Simply kill every character.

How to get the Worst ending:
Save 1 out of 3 characters. Solo endings do not exist, so a solo survival results in the character's death afterward.
Fail to save the characters during Fatal Fog.
Fail to defeat Exetior in "Destroyed Mind".

How to get the Bad/Canon ending:
No idea, honestly. I tried everything, but it resulted in the worst ending. However, you can simply go to the level select, set truth to "YES," black rings to "1" and select Sonic's funeral hill
