This one shouldn't be that hard, but if you do struggle with it, a good way to save a bit of time is to punch him in the face whenever his head transforms, and you got a large window to do it too, with it being from his head transforming only closing when he roars at you.

The only way I could see you getting blocked is punching him in the head whenever he has his helmet on. But besides that, this shouldn't be a big deal.

0:51 , Challenge 3: Only crit on phase 2
This one took a bit for me to figure out, but it's pretty simple.
A crit is whenever you hit a boss while they are flashing yellow and you receive Thunder. Phase 2 is when he loses his helmet and transforms, so you'll know if you fail the challenge if you get Thunder before you knock off his helmet.
