How to wire for block detection in DCC.

I am extending my layout from the storage area up towards the main scenic layer. Two new block sections are being wired in. In part 1, I take you through how I wire for block detection in DCC. Part 2 will cover the computer configuration, and a demonstration of the new sections in action.
