As a “brain cleanser” — It’s been described in classical manuscripts such as Qarabadin-e-Azam and Exir-e-Azam for removing excess phlegm (balgham) from the brain and enhancing mental sharpness.


2️⃣ Ibn al-Qayyim (Zaad al-Ma’ad, vol. 4, p. 109):
He mentioned that Ustukhuddus cleanses the brain, relieves headaches, and improves memory.
