Foolproof Tamale Masa Recipe, Perfect Results Every Time

To bring you this easy recipe for tamales, I prepared two different fillings, refried beans and papas con rajas. I prepared both fillings using manteca, but to make it vegetarian, substitute the Manteca for vegetable, corn oil, or shortening. During the holidays, this recipe will be useful due to high meat prices. You can also use this exact recipe for beef, chicken, or pork tamales!
