In this diy powder coating tutorial we start with the gas tank cleaning and rust removal with the use of muriatic acid.

The the first coat of paint goes on. Up to here, all is good... everyday stuff...
Then Custom Cez continues with setting up the mask using high temperature tape and prepping for the second trip in the oven...

What did we do:

tank cleaning
rust removal with muriatic acid
first powder coating layer
creation of the design on the tank
masking with high temp tape
