Tomato Ramen ＆ Tomato Motsunabe

Have you ever heard of Tomato Ramen?
You can enjoy this unique dish at Sanmi restaurants in Fukuoka Prefecture (Daimyo, Koga, Tooka Ebisu). It may sound like a strange flavour combination first, but tomato broth ramen is really delicious. But that's not all, the best part comes now. Make sure you leave some broth on purpose so you can order a Risotto made of the leftover from your soup. In addition to that, only in Koga and Toka Ebisu, you can order "Tomato Motsunabe". It's the first of its kind and definitely worth trying it. Our visit at Sanmi was pretty satisfying and we highly recommend it to anyone who likes to try new food creations.
