Here's a look at a "new type" of voter fraud (thousands of non-U.S. residents in all wards of the Chicago area illegally given the right to vote) as aired on Eyewitness News on WLS Channel 7. The reporter is Target 7's Roberta Baskin and the report is introduced by Tim Weigel. Also seen is co-anchor Mary Ann Childers.

Interviews with "Carlos" from Mexico, Jose Lariosa from the Philippines, "Shokumbi" from Nigeria, "Julio" and "Lupe" from Mexico, A.D. Moyer of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, U.S. Attorney Dan Webb, Joe Quintana (owner of the "Heart Break Hotel"), and illegal alien Juan Delgado. Target 7 investigators find many non-citizens among voter rolls, something Michael Lavelle of the Board of Elections professes to be unaware of; and cases of such illegals as Mario Castaneda, Andras (?) Garcia, Ramon Ramirez of the Dominican Republic, and Teresa Alvarez de Lopez (who used the name of a dead woman, Ofelia Moreno, for various documents) are encapsulated. One campaign worker, Tomas Santana, skips town after promising to speak about his practices, and former candidate Juan Soliz speaks about him. Roberta ends this report by noting that a Federal investigation into such practices will be commenced.
