In a little over two years, Juan Salcedo and his co-founder, Andres Gutierrez, were able to launch their company and become one of Fast Company's 2015 most innovative startups in Latin America.

A programmer since the age of 10, Juan talks about the advantages and disadvantages of being a startup entrepreneur in an emerging country such as Colombia, what it's like to compete with Uber and other competitors with millions of dollars in funding. He also discusses the key reasons why he feels that his company has been able to grow so quickly into an 85 person company in a country with limited funding opportunities.
