LIC Table No. 715 – New Jeevan Anand Plan
Plan Type: Endowment cum Whole Life Insurance
Launch Date: February 1, 2020 (updated version of the original Jeevan Anand plan)
Key Features:
Combination of Endowment and Whole Life Plan:
Provides financial protection against death throughout the lifetime of the policyholder.
Offers lump sum payment at the end of the policy term if the policyholder survives.
Death Benefit:
If the policyholder dies during the policy term, the nominee receives the Sum Assured on Death + Bonuses.
If the policyholder dies after the policy term, the nominee still receives the Basic Sum Assured.
Maturity Benefit:
On survival to the end of the policy term, the policyholder receives:
Basic Sum Assured
Accrued Bonuses
Final Additional Bonus (if any)
Bonus Facility:
Participates in LIC’s profit through Simple Reversionary Bonuses and Final Additional Bonus.
Loan Facility:
Loan can be availed after the policy acquires surrender value (usually after 3 years of premium payment).
