TODAY'S RECIPE IS Garlic Bread Roll | Soft Fluffy Super Tasty Garlic Bread Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
garlic bread roll
Lukewarm milk 110ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Mix well
Oil 1 tbsp
Knead for 5-7 mins
Rub some oil
Cover
Rest for 60-90 mins
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Mix well
Roll the dough
Spread garlic butter mixture
Apply water
Roll
Cut with yarn
Rest for 10 mins
Brush butter mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 15-20 mins
Brush butter while hot
Let it cool down

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
