Mughlai Biryani is made with succulent chunks of perfectly spiced chicken , a lot of hot green chilies, fresh cream, basmati rice cooked with whole aromatic spices, garnished with a handful of roasted nuts, mint-coriander leaves, fried onions, and aromatized.

Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
1 kg basmati rice
Fried onions
Oil
10 cardamom
10 cloves
4 bay leaves
3 cinnamon sticks
2 spoons shajeera
2 spoons cumin
2 spoons cumin powder
2 spoons coriander powder
2 spoons garam masala
2 spoons ginger garlic paste
1/2 spoon pepper powder
1 spoon fresh cream
1/2 cup yogurt
2 lemons
4-5 green chilies
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Yellow food colour

Recipe:
Take a vessel and add 1 kg chicken
Add 1 spoon salt,1 spoon red chili powder, 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spoon cumin powder,1 spoon coriander powder,1 spoon garam masala,1/2 spoon pepper powder
1 spoon fresh cream, 1/2 cup yogurt and lemon juice
Add 4-5 cardamom, 4-5 cloves,1 cinnamon stick, 1 spoon shajeera, 2-3 star anise, 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 1 hour
Take another vessel with water and add 4-5 cardamom, 4-5 cloves,1 cinnamon stick,1 bay leaf,shajeera,2-3 star anise,1 spoon cumin seeds
Add 3-4 spoons salt
2-3 spoons oil
1/2 lemon
Coriander leaves , mint leaves and green chilli
Boil the water and add soaked 1 kg rice
Cook until the rice is 75% cooked and strain the water completely
Add cooked rice to chicken marinate
Add 1 spoon yellow food colour , fried onions and oil
Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon and green chilies
Cook on high flame for 20 minutes and then on low flame for 5 minutes
Off the stove and don’t open lid for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes serve the biryani with onions and yoghurt salad
