Le jeu met en scène la Playmate de Playboy Gillian Bonner dans le rôle de Riana, une secrétaire timide qui surprend son patron en train de tenter de violer une collègue. Elle entre dans le bureau et tente de l'aider, mais elle est maîtrisée par son patron et jetée par la fenêtre. D'une manière ou d'une autre, elle est transportée dans un autre monde où elle est une guerrière séduisante qui doit sauver le monde d'un dictateur maléfique (son patron) et sauver son amie (la collègue).

La production de Riana Rouge a coûté un million de dollars.

The game stars Playboy Playmate Gillian Bonner as Riana, a shy secretary who spies on her boss attempting to rape a co-worker. She enters the office and tries to help her, but she is overpowered by her boss and thrown out of the window. Somehow, she is transported to another world where she is a seductive warrior who must rescue the world from an evil dictator (her boss) and rescue her friend (the co-worker).

Riana Rouge cost $1 million to produce.
