Pomegranate Cake without Oven | انار کیک |अनार का केक | No Oven Cake recipe

in this video you will learn how to make pomegranate cake using fresh Poemgranate. when
it comes to seasonsal fruits we want to use it in our recipes as much as possible because
we just love it and i am sure Pomegranate is one of the favorite seasonal fruit of so many
of you so why are we still waiting let's dig into the recipe:)


the anaar cake will be soft ,juicy and swwet & sour just like pomegrantes are you will need
the following ingredients:

2 big size pomegranate

to make cake batter:
3 eggs
100g flour (3/4 cup)
100g sugar (1/2 cup)
60 g Pomegranate juice



for sauce you'll need
1/2 cup Pomegranate juice
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar


for cake frosting
1 cup chilled whipping cream
